Hats
 

I think there should be speical hats and stuff that you can buy from shop that gives u do stats.here's some idea
1.Alchemist's Goggle-Resist Blindness+50
2.Thief's Mask-Stealth,Speed+2,Dex+2
3.Merchant's Hat-Charm+2 and Baraging skill when you wear it

nope it will turn it into 2k1 and hats were stupid in the first place , all we want is just helmets and stuff

No that won't happen because
1.There's unlimited supply of them
2.They will be expensive in the stores

They'll be just like rings and amulets there are unlimted supply of them but they're expensive and most people cant afford it

instead of hats , make it clothing you can only wear 2 clothing a shirt and pants it can be enchanted or not it would cast like armour 1 or weapon class 1 or fire protection 1 you know ... stuff... =DDDDDDDDD

this was talked about in another topic selzar
cloaks and stuff will be out soon i think.

I like the idea, but you should be able to make them too...
