Okay, but currently those are administered by four people, and that is their sole responsibility.

But I don't know if putting two people who have a bunch of other responsibility incharge of all three of those is a good idea :-\

basically any high staff of the 2k2 and 2k1 servers, whether it be chief to admin to managers, are screwed over.

No, I talked to Koni about it and he said it's on hold... I would rather want to work on it while he is away so it isn't on hold like murasamune is on hold...
