Loading Profile
 

Sometimes I right click on someone and load their profile by accident, I close it, but it pops up again after the server has gotten the player's profile information, thus I have to close it twice... Is there a way in the next version that when you close the players profile, it won't open again once it has gotten the information?

Also, on 2k2, Sometimes the items in your inventory that you want to get information on are right over the player, thus you load your own profile trying to get information on a certain item you are carrying, really quite anoying as you have to find a house that has a nice corner you can sneak into to get the information on the item.


and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add some kind of option to disable global messages such as "So and so Died" or "So and So left the game" Because I REALLY don't need to know if <account name> has left the game for the 85th time, and stuff like that.

yeah it keeps coming up like 30 times "so and so left the game" even though they are still there.

It happens when saying "/restart".

I think 2 of Falcor's problems are already fixed....

To disable global messages, just set /listen to a lower level. I'm not sure but I think /listen 5 or /listen 4 will turn off "so&so died" or "so&so left the game." If I got the number wrong, set it lower.

As for having an item right on top of the player, just make your Graal window larger. Mine's not even full screen but my inventory doesn't cover up the player that much.

But I agree about closing profiles twice... that is a REAL nuisance.

EDIT ok, the inventory does cover up the player, sorry.... it's just that it's the cauldron/sack part of the inventory so I've never had that problem yet.
