To be honest, i can do better. And im known for being crappy at gfx. No offence but yeah, not exactly what i'd call well... good.

Around 2-4 sir. It doesn't even come close to futuristic graphics.

Nice try. Why not try giving it some sort of realistic effect, such as shading...

It looks so plain. Really does need shading.

His choice. He knows he needs to improve, and i guess where now... but don't give us crap because we rated what we think.

We're not gonna give him a 10 just because he's new and that's good for a new person or whatever. Best to be honest, or it'll lead to problems later down the line.

DW watch the language, and guys try and give criticism or a valid reason for the score you give. "1" Doesn't help him much.

It's okay.
The blades shading needs a little bit more work.
Try adding a few extra shades of grey into it see how that looks.

Jeeze, maybe we were in bit of a rush... I was running off to school when I posted mine...

Telling him it sucks etc isn't going to help him.
Feedback is supposed to be positive while pointing out weaknesses which should be improved on.
Keeps confidence up and gives them an idea of what to work on.
Much like a coach in any sport. :)

it looks like crap and HERES WHY!
you only used 2 diffrent colors on teh blade and only 1 on the handle? i mean you need to COLOR it Super good with lots of shades then it might look better :O?

Yeah... lack of shading would be something... and that it's a bit thick around the edges.. maybe tone down the handle and the hilt... the blade might be fine after those two things are lessened... but please... shade!!!!!!

Yes you really have to work on shading, a very big part of graphic making.

I like it alot becuase its going to be a sword for a new game i am making mabey hopefuly if i get a good staff together and i improve my skills into Graphics and also C++ skills mabey if i get some people together it will be even greater then Graal itself

You couldn't possibly think of all the wonderful things i have thought of i have million's of ideas in my head i am at school drawing up head sheets and also body sheets right now i dont know about what i am going to make i might make a wonderful game called "WarZone" PKer's will love it all day everyday nothing but a halflife online sparing/pking killing all who come online.

1) Programmers are not artists... for the most part. Anywho, they don't do the main gist of the graphics. So....

2) Good luck. Getting a better interface and such than Graal is gonna take quiiiiite some work. Just the level editing tools alone make Graal arguably one of the best executable games online... that and the very simplistic coding interface.

3) I have millions of ideas too. Unfortunately, their not legit until I turn 18. Then I can give them to big companies, get lotsa money, and a good job. Go figure.

I can tell you were using the first kuro template for that "image" you started. x.x

I made a easier to understand one a bit later on before I became owner 'o' Babylon.
