Why not just make a few test levels that warpto and a staff tag is needed to gain access to?
The players can play the main server, the staff can do whatever it is Kamuii wants done.

Just add -busy- to your name.
Then they can't complain when you don't answer.
If your honestly busy there is no reason why you should answer.
If your job is to script and your scripting fine your doing what your supposed to do.
The same applies for the other jobs too.

But there are a lot of people (Toran, TrueHeat...) that would be better then Kamuii.
