Laggy Spells

I think you should make like snow storm/icestorm and those burning hand / fireball less laggy bc i cant even move when someone casts one cast there's like 50000 images

Then I die from Lag Spikes and I cuss at the Mage who casted it.

Maybe we can have a spell quality setting... and a few different ganis for the different qualities?
