how about you let someone ELSE do the refing, like Er1c or Zach?

or hire someone else

I'd love to do it, but I'm currently working a lot on Forest Kingdom levels and stuff... but if I can fit it in once the kingdom is running, I would be able to do it.

I would imagine he means leading the tournamets, managing them, watching the fights, etc.
