Swamp town

There are two buggy as hell creatures around swamp town that cause you damage even though they didn't touch you, they also are annoying to kill run away from, I can barely get to destiny with these things in the way. Can you do something about them?

P.S -didn't know whether to put this in Classic or Bugs, but I put it here.
