question to the moderators

Okay, I dont know there the line is, and i have been seeing a lot of "damn"s and "hell"s around the board.. is vulgarity allowed or not and when is it considered harassment
personally i dont care.. just wondering.

according to the gp handbook, "damn" and "hell" are not curses. that's what I am going by.
