Ring of Alchemistry?
 

What about rings being able to give you skills that are in effect as long as the ring is worn. That would be cool since there could also be rare rings which have skills not availivble in scrolls. Or more themed rings like the ring of fire. You could have a Adventuror's Ring +30 magic Resistance Enabled: Scaling or a Ring Of Stealth +30 Poison Resistance Enabled: Concealment

you're just scare of buying a 400 plat scroll of alchemistry and afraid it might fail attempting to learning it.If there's a ring like that.It should be 1000 Platinum

No, it would be around 2k or so along with the magic rings.

And no, the failign to learn a scroll isn't why I posted this idea. using rare rings could have skills that aren't learnable by scrolls like mezmerize or stealth or backstab or crap.

There's already Talismans you can get in the store for about 350 platinum that allow you to use the wizardry skill when it's worn.

Err that is one item for 1 skill.

And it doesn't take up a amulet slot. Or any slot.
