drawimgaslight and setopac
Two new commands:
drawimgaslight index; -This would be the same as drawaslight but it would work for showimg's setopac opacity; Something like the alpha in setcoloreffect, but instead of changing the ammount of black in the image, it would change the opacity(sp) making it possible to use images to make shadows w/o having to do the reverse thingy... |

I know the upcoming exe supports transparency, it will have like 30 gani attributes for ganis, and also the ability to use gani's as gani attributes. :) |
(on debug RC)
*Stefan: the new gani attributes work *Stefan: also *Stefan: its different, you can access them with #P(index) *Stefan: and the ganis as gani attributes thing works :) *Stefan: you can attach/detach other ganis to the player *Stefan: which opens a lot of possibilities *Stefan: ok need to sleep now *Stefan: cya  |
will the transparency display right if you have 3d lights disabled??

Images displayed with real alpha transparency using the seteffectmode/changeimgmode commands will be drawn without transparency like a normal image when the gfx card doesn't support it (you can still use the lighteffectsenabled flag to hide it if you don't want to show it non-lighters)
|
I just use changeimgcolor index,r,g,b,0.99 for showing an image as a light ;)

[sarcasm] Truly enlightening, cow. [/sarcasm]
