You know its funny whenever gameo gets a job or any one of his friends, they hire the same people for everything. Icehawk, trueheat, Marle for police, now moderator. I really think this is dumb. I should be friends so I get a promotion! No it will never happen.

i am friends with them and i have never had a job.....did you ever think that maybe they are just the most qualified and who they are friends with had nothing to do with it?

I have said this before, and I will say it again


Hiring friends is usually better then hiring people you really don't know because usually you will know how will a friend is for a job.

TrueHeaT - Basically the best and has experience.
Gameo - Just a moderator, he's good, and he doesnt freak out and swear up a storm like some of you. He's experienced.
IceHawk - Experienced, Tells people not to swear, and basically helps me all around, me and all the administrators.

Congratulations IceHawk! I wish I could have gotten the job, but I guess you're better than me. =(

Why dont you make IceHawk super mod, and choose another mod.

lol Gameo's good at what he does but I'll never say he doesn't freak out!

I don't know if IceHawk is ready to be Super Moderator.

Sometimes it is hiring friends, but like when someone asks "Can I be moderator?" of course gameo or whoever added icehawk is going to say yes because its there friend. I would test them first... I have nothing against Icehawk, I think he would be a good moderator, but these automatic staff jobs are kind of stupid... just asking can I be staff and your automaticly staff. I remember when everyone was making fun of SOMEONE for doing that. Now look.

That's one thing I hate, even though friends are qualified, their could be another living soul out there that is even more, which means you should give them a chance, like IceHawk, I'm sure he'd make a great Moderator and Super Moderator.

If people just hired there friends, then think of Stefan, he would just hire his friends, I didn't get my admin job on classic because I was friends with someone, they tested me and everything and I got the job. I am usually good at everything I do, just because I am friends with someone doesnt mean I need a staff job.

Yes, I totally agree with you, but if they know their friends more, they're more likely to pick them. But if they know both people very well, it will be a decision from the heart, I would assume.

Well, I'm sure it helps, you really cannot prevent someone from swearing. It's their choice, but it's a choice that could hurt them in the end. Telling people not to swear cannot really be helped.

Im talking about automatic promotions, if someone were to ask to be tested, and you didnt know them you probably would say no, but to your friends you would say yes.

I do with with my police duties as well.

I've seen just about every moderator swear really really badly on these forums.
