all i have to say: WOW!

this thing is great. and let me tell those of you putting otgether servers and making bodies and things having to do with beta2: BETA 3 IS NOTHING LIKE IT!

It's been leaked, a website has it, Zulithe found it, I won't leak it since I am not the Devil's Advocate.

Besides, I think those models are just from the engine that the game code was built on. (Half-Life, etc.)

gahhh... Graal 3d beta 3 is AWFUL...

beta 3 is......well.......different.....but if you change things.....it could turn out pretty cool.......btw.....im good at not leaking things......so most secrets are safe with me :D

Another thing about beta3......the player runs a little funny like.....

beta 3 is just a bunch of Half-Life models and textures used for Stefan's testing.

I bet stefan took beta 3 and is just trying to grasp all the coding of beta 3, and will add the graal characters, etc

Yes beta3 is more a technical demo. The light effects
were simple to make, after making it (Oktober) I added
them to Graal2D :-)
We need a good Graal character model, I haven't found
a real good free editor yet (except those things
for making half-life-style characters with 8 polygons or so)
The level has been made by two very good 3D level
maker from France.

to my knowledge 3dMax is not only the most sophisticated modeller but also the easiest. If it weren't so expensive I'd buy it.

If you buy 3D Max with all the character studio stuff
it is very expensive

When I play beta 3 I get an unshakable gnawing fear that Gameo will come around a corner and frag me.

Wow that is a newer version of Beta 3 than the one I found! This one is much better, everyone try it!

That is pretty super cool. Except I super think that the graphics should be cartoony and stuff. Not all dark and mean.

Like Stefan said, he's looking for utilities to make 3D characters and stuff so... once a good one is found that should change

Man... I was thinking that scripting for beta2 would be hard. I can't see it being easy for beta3 unless Stefan puts lots of predefined functions in for detecting objects/manipulating vectors et al. Just check out the command list for something like Quake 3 to see what I mean.

I have 3d studio max. If anyone with over a 56k modem wants it I'll send it.
So far I have made 2 male and 1 female replacement models, and they look 'cartoony', so to say.

The default server with the prog is operating- you can play on it.

on the subject of "cartoony": i liked beta 2 better than beta 3, because it was more graal-like. this one is too much like a shooter enviroment, which graal is not.

Legende.net? Didn't their cgi.legende.net server have some e-mail address that Graal used to use around version 1.32 that sent the account information to the players who registered?

I'm on there now but I don't see anyone else.
