Minor bug.

If you die on a bridge, your warp screws up so you warp into walls etc. If you reconnect, you appear at the bridge again.

it's more of a bug in the graal exe than an npc bug

It's more of a NPC bug in my opinion, they should have thought about the fact that players need to be unattached when they die.
