My account Gambit2099 has been banned for over 2 months now. Unixmad himself knows that that person who sent out the fake game and got my info had been using my account and got it banned. I don't know the reason it was banned all it says is "You know why!" ...actually I don't know why, but i do know that I hadn't been on at all that week and that I had just changed my pass before going on vaction.

Anyway Unixmad told me that the account would be unbanned in 1 month after the hacker was taken care of, and that I shouldn't download any proggies without knowing who the person is(or something to that extent)...even though the hacker was on a friend's account at the time...Well another month has now passed and my account is still banned in game and on the forums. No one is answering on the support system and my forum PMs haven't been answered. My account was supposed to have been reopened on the 1st, so whoever has the power to do so please unbann it. You can check the support messages if you don't believe me.

As far as the forums go, I have no idea what the guy did on my forum account to get it banned, but shortie did tell me that the guy was swearing and advertising that fake game. I just want my account that I paid for back, I know I'm not the only one this guy hacked. :(

You did not get HACKED. You got LAMED. You need to live with it because you were stupid enough to run an unknown executable. I believe the agreement when getting a Graal account clearly states that you are 100% responsible for your own account.

It is entirely your fault, and you shouldn't be putting the pressure on Cyberjoueurs.

I would say he shouldn't be unbanned, except for the fact that Unixmad told him he would be unbanned...so he should be unbanned.

Err I have mixed feelings about the posts under mine because I really didn't ask for comments. I only posted this here because no one is answering on anything else provided.

I downloaded the fake game because the hacker/lamer(whatever the hell you want to call him) had my friends account and sent me the link. This isn't an internet friend, he's a rl friend and I know he had nothing to do with the account stealing. So please if you don't know about the situation then just stay out of it.

Unixmad understands the situation and I explained it to him fully, I'm assuming he is busy, I just want to make sure that my account gets unbanned on a game that I am paying for. This isn't the only MMORPG that this happens to people, and when you are paying for a game, customer support will return your account to you as long as you can verify proof of your identity. So please don't give me that "it's your own fault" crap. If this is supposed to be a professional company, handling a professional game then I should get my account returned to me as promised.

I really don't like the attitudes of some of the people on the forums. When someone has a problem it is better to be mature and either add a helpful comment or not post anything at all.

If your friend's account got hacked and you dowloaded a fake game, then you are entitled to get your account back.

It's now almost August and my other account is still banned...:(
