PK Beer?

How do you make PK beer, so if the player's AP is less than 40 it heals them to how many full hearts they have...please help!

I dont know the player AP triggers, might kinda be like this
if (playerap=<40)
hurt -100
~end~
Hurt -100 will basically heal you 100 hearts, but it will only go up to your fullhearts.
