how do i change an image to a 256 clor 12 bit png if it is already a png

Colors-->Change colors or something like that-->256

File-->Save (as)-->menu-->PNG-->Insert name-->Save

IT'S THE SIMPLEST PROGRAM EVER MADE!
At least you could try before coming here and making a fool out of yourself asking something like that! It also comes with a help menu I assume.

LoL

have your image loaded up, then click Export --> To Png

then you click on Colors, and make it 256 colors Octavate/Pure

there you go.. lol..
