A question out of curiosity
 

If/when Dustari comes back, would you be interested in having a republic again? The republic was back around in December or November, but it was quickly disbanded. At the time, there were some problems but I think it would be cool to see it come back with some slight modifications. You'd have parliament (but it wouldn't be called that) and a senate and you can debate and discuss things, which gives people more of a constitutional monarchy perspective of the kingdom. Anyways, vote.

Like this:

The people elect an odd number of senators.

Senate maybe elects a President of the Senate from within themselves.

Senate votes on everything, including appointments etc

The way I was thinking (following the old republic as closely a possible) is this:

The House of Wishes is appointed. They talk to the citizens of the kingdom and bring forward proposals to debate. Once they are debated and approved it moves onto the Senate.

The Senate is elected and looks over the bill or proposal, and either approves it or sends it back to the House to be ratified.

The Monarch gets the bill if it is approved by the Senate, and either acepts it to make it law, or rejects it and is send back to House of Wishes.

The House of Wishes would probably have 3-5 people, and the Senate three people. Ty to keep the numbers as low as possible to avoid having too many chiefs, not enough indians, so to speak.

If keeping Dustari dead is your primary objective, then go ahead and role-play with your pirates. Samurai, go back to santerrain and have peace. KT, go rebuild your fort. Zormite, go ahead and do whatever the hell your doing now.

At this point, in the absence of Dustari, I see so much role-playing all over graal 2001 it amazes me. I go online every day, and see 3 at the most with kingdom tags! Good job everyone! It seems as if you've killed two birds with one stone, dustari and role-playing altogether!

Just got on to do a little role playing and I see one KT member. No one else with a kingdom tag.....yay.

As for super power. You merely have alot of members. A lot of members that are easily beaten. Now there are a couple that are good fighters but those few cant support every one else's inadequicies (sp?)

Kingdoms need to go back into the hands of their greater ruler. Dustari was best in the times of Asuka and Zulithe, same with all the other kingdoms with Zormite and Hiryuu (sp?) Trueheat and Samurai.

Unfortunately, it is not for you to decide, nor is it Asuka's place to come back to Dustari and lead it. You do realize that Dustari has more loyal members who stick around than all the other kingdoms combined together? Hah! Now I find that funny! They ARE Dustari, they will make the decisions, thanks. Oi....This is a pointless argument. What will happen will happen, and fighting over it woln't make a diference. If you've got a problem, do something about it, don't just sit around and complain, do something about it. None of the old monarchs, even Kamoo or Asuka, have the right to or even should come back. They died. It's a shame but they had their time, they had their reign, and now it's time to move on. This applies to all kingdoms, not just Dustari. Oh, and Zurkiba, you DID NOT convert ANY Dustari to Zurkism. We all hated it. Face it. The day Zurkism comes into power is the day Graal is plunged into a demonic nightmare from which there is no waking.

Technically, yes. But because of recent RP events, the new age has begun in Dustari

we've got to get out of politics all together, we have way too much pull on people, maybe we should just attack random groups of RPers?
