some ***** gave me the cowboy hat, now i have to go all the way back to the hat store to get the hat npc (i deleted it because i did not want a hat, and when you log on, it gives you the hat, no matter if you had it off when you logged off), change my hat, delete the npc.

this hat giving "feature" should be deleted. post all your experiences with idiots giving you unwanted hats. i cannot express my anger without typing something that would call for a moderator to edit. i am simply enraged.

the next person who gives me a hat will have my hatred for the rest of their graal lives.

Just take off the hat...why complain?

I have the same problem.

Dustari members have a number of exclusive hats they can wear, like for example the Paladin's Helmet. Well, any ***** can just come up to me and use Hat Give NPC to force me to take the party hat or some other lesser-hat. And then I gotta walk all the way back to the castle to get the one I want. VERY ANNOYING!

It doesn't work if you are wearing a hat already, only if you take it off.

People have tried to give me a hat, but I have mine one all of the time, and it does not work.

but i don't like any of the current hats. maybe if there was an invisible hat i would wear it.

Then there is nothing wrong with deleting it

yes but see when you dont have the hat npc people can still give you hats. it is very annoying to have to go to the store every 10 minutes because of some immature children.

Yup something like that would be ideal. Right now the receiver has no choice in the matter :( For hat trading type events or something it would be very fun but otherwise... it isn't
