I used my Credit Card to activate an account for my friend (his account is Money123) and he never got an e-mail on how to active his p2p account I recently got a letter saying that I paid for it. If you do not fix this problem I will be very ANGRY!!:grrr:

Normally you don't need an email to upgrade, once you payed it should be upgraded, if not then make sure paypal already accepted the payment, if yes then contact [email protected]

When you said You used YOUR credit card to activate YOUR friends account, you will get a Letter saying YOU paid for it. Its called a recipt. Paypal sends those to confirm payments. And I had sorta the same problem about my payment not going thru. So I just did it again and my account was re-subscribed in like 10 seconds.

I got the receipt yesterday it has two 19 dollar things on it mine and my friends and if your saying i should do it again im not gonna pay 19 more dollars when I should already have it!

What do you mean I am supposed to pay another $19 Just cause they made a mistake and by saying I paid for it I mean I used my Credit Card and he gave me $19. I got a reciept that says I paid for it but he is still in trial account and it has been about 13 days now

Complain to the paypal people.
