Help me converting please!

Someone said to get IrfanView, I did, and I try to convert my tileset to the correct type of PNG but it don't work. What settings am I supposed to use in it?

And yet another problem, I cant download gif2mng because the setup.exe doesnt work correctly godamnit! Can you post it here zipped or something?
