Crono, he's not a local guild tag creator, he's a global tag creator. Its the same system as before. You gotta get 10 supporters and they all have to be over 100 hours total which is calculated using all online times from all servers you go to.

If Hawk says I can after Stefan talks to Hawk, then I'll get FTP to the guild tag directory and I'll be able to do tags!

Is the Guild Manager the same as before? It's not allowing me access. Neither can a couple of the other members who have tried. :(
