Stefan, please read.

Alright, the problem is that people of whom live in Australia can't use the phone pay service. Is there any hope of this being fixed in the near future?

Use credit card if possible.
Phone gives us less money and is mainly meant to be an alternative in case you cannot get access to any credit card. With phone (dial-up modem) you can get playing time for the classic servers (2 or 4 weeks). For upgrading (3 months graal2001+2 and lifetime classic server access) you still need credit card.

my next door neighbor did the credit card thing for me, my parents wouldnt upgrade so i gave my next door neighbor the money to upgrade for 3 months
