Bouncing Lights

I was wondering if anyone could give me the script, or the formula used in the script of the bouncing lights Birdbird made.

bouncing lights?
Lights that bounced off of blocking tiles?

Or ones that just moved around freely?

use sin+cos, don't expect someone to just give you every script you ask for
