Max-imus 06-26-2002 09:24 AM

It's pretty good, although I think the path tiles are kind of weird... and try using the tree tiles and make them flow together instead of putting all those npc trees there, since the npcs will lag the level.

Cid_Night 06-26-2002 10:15 AM

yes the path is a bit weird, but i kinda like the tree npc becuz of how it actually sits on top of the pathway which makes it more real, although it will the level, its only one npc, and im sure it wont lag it too much.

No, I am talking about in the second pic he posted, the bottom right hand corner with all the npc trees on top of each other.

Mykel 06-26-2002 10:40 AM

Corupt: I like the walkway you made and yes it is original but try to outline it with soemthing like the green village tiles and where your path follows in diagonal directs you repeat the graveyard tiles dont repeat them make a sundry of them like you do everywhere else(like when it going vertical and horizontal). As for all the npc tree yes you need to get rid of some of them but like the one that overlaps the walkway that can stay it makes more real like this guy said

as for like the Inn the bottom levels where the stairs rise the the 2nd level the wall there has no depth it looks flat maybe try using the castle tiles there I dunno what it would look like but it would add the depth
and well for all around the level you basically just put grass tiles here and there which lacks detail I like detail some dont but the grass looks to clean to me you need to add some weeds and crap unless this Inn has a golf course and they are growing putting green grass and keeping it well maintained ;)
and you have 2nd different types of a building the blue and the regular house wall tiles i wanna pick on the blue for a sec on the bottom corners instead of using the top end of the wall use the bottom (for the left tile (8,109) for the right tile (11,109))to end it, and where you end the blue wall into the main part or whatever you end the blue wall why? your bushes run right into so just run the wall straight into it and I know those windows are basically the only thing that fir with their corner tiles but who cares do what i do take where the golden tiles are on the tileset below them are soem blue roof tiles but they can be used for walls it looks like this /______\ use the between tiles (5,63) to (8,63) for the wall and you can use (/_) (5,63) and (_\) (8,63) for the corners if you want then just out the widnows whereever you want I think I went kinda overboard but I was board hope it helps make that level better
