Well I've been working on my server, but dont want to go on if my level making is bad, so i want you all to judge.
Here is one of my levels.

PS: Dont judge by the color errors, i'm still working on my tileset.

It's not the worst I've seen, but its a good start if you are, as you seem to be, an inexperienced level maker. Some of the best advice i can give you is to make things look more random. Especially the ground. If i were you, i would make the dirt/sand area more rough and uneven where it meets the grass. dont use straight lines for large stretches, and the same is with diagonals. Also, try to make sure tiles fit in some way, dont join 2 tiles together if they dont fit nicely. Thats some of the best advice i can think of right now, so try and put it to practice. I think you've got the basics mostly, just try making things uneven and stuff. If you do that, it'll look really great :)

I'm experianced.
I just didn't do nothing with the dirt, since there is only 3 tiles...
Also, about the jagged, that wont matter much because this is going to be my town setting and it will all be covered up.
I'm focusing mostly on the house and grass. Also the color like i said i am still fixing my new tiles.....it not as easy as you think... just a click of the button cant fix it. This is where hiring comes in to place. I'm looking for people to join my team. If you want the story of my playerworld, just tell me and ill post it.

eh...the 3d affect of the house is...mediocre, but id agree that its a good start, take that and practice with it
