Mr. Glub Glub can never play Graal again.

I reformatted windows on my computer deleting everything. My Graal usually remembered my password and I never had to fill it in. And I have a new 'home' e-mail address so if I tried retrieve my password it is sent to the old address (which does not exist anymore)! I DON'T REMEMBER MY PASSWORD! Does this mean I can never play Graal again? I cannot use the old 'home' e-mail anymore. How can I get my password???

Yeah just get Alkaren to change your email to your new one so you will be able to retrieve your password.

That happend to me about a year ago and Stefan did it for me he must <3 me anyway he also changed my Old acct password to 123456 for some reason lol

Yes, Alkaren is the accounts manager so he can change email.

And thanks to him I got my other accounts email changed.
