I need gani help! And, don't say this should be in NPC scripting, because ganis require no gscript...
but, if anyone would be kind enough to point me in the proper direction of somewhere or someone I can get some help from it would help a lot...
what I really need to know is how to put a bunch of different pics in a gani, then change them in the game while playing; the same deal as changing your body or head, but with other things...any help at all will be appreciated!

Just open the idle gani and check out how the hat was done. You use attributes.
