You need a D3D capable graphics card, Direct X and drivers for your particular video card

You can download Direct X from microsoft.com or do a search for it at www.downloads.com

If you know what type of graphics card you have, post and let me know and I can find the drivers for you in a matter of seconds

The best search engine in my opinion is, http://www.google.com. =/

EThor 05-19-2001 08:27 AM

Google is quite good. I use it for almost all my searches

Zulithe 05-19-2001 08:29 AM

Google is great but if you need software you should really search for it at www.downloads.com it's the most reliable (and also fast)

I have some intel(r)82810-DC100 graphics controller according to devices manager and Display Adapters

Komieko 05-19-2001 08:43 AM

So I should downlaod the one at the top to see the lights? ( http://appsr.cps.intel.com/scripts-d...llName=Windows*+Me&submit=Go%21 )

Zulithe 05-19-2001 08:46 AM

All Voodoo Drivers can be found here:

http://www.windrivers.com/company/3d...vers/index.htm

Komieko, click the link I gave you, under 'software and drivers' click 'view' then select your operating system and download the newest version, I think it is 6.2

And also download Direct X 8 from microsoft

Zulithe 05-19-2001 08:47 AM

oops 6.3.1 my bad

Komieko 05-19-2001 08:49 AM

if you get those 6.3.1 drivers, they are optimized for direct x 8 so be sure you have it

Komieko 05-19-2001 09:34 AM

Stefan would you happen to know if my card supports Direct3d?
