I just saw Kamuii's post which makes 2002 look like the beta for 2001
 

I mean you will be able to equip something on almost everything (neck, head, face, left arm, right arm, left hand, right hand, etc, ect. ect, and all these other cool inventory systems....I certainly hope 2k2 will somehow beat that.

Incase you never noticed when you were able to use the RPG window you could check what you were wearing and the status of every body part, so I assume they will have something like that.

Oh yes, a text message description of your weapons is far superior to a visual aid of your entire arnemant. (sp?)
