I cant get .gani to work...on a blank NPC Charecter...how do I???

use setcharani

Also don't forget that you shouldn't add the .gani extension, and add a comma after the gani name. (Well unless you're using params, but in that case it's the params which follow the comma, but the comma always needs to be there)
