Technical Difficulties Thingy

OK people im in need of serious Graal Tech Support. I have just returned from a hibernation away from Graal. So now i re-upgraded my account and set graal back up again on my computer. The problem i am having now is...
1. For Graal2002 Alpha all i see is black background and me being a ghost
2. for Graal2001 I see everything but i am a ghost.
can someone please fill me in on why this is happening?

You probably just upgraded for the basic classic package, the graal gold is now additional
