Jak: yes Im Dark Warlock and im deteing myself from Brads account, I dont want his forum account to be banned so I am leaving
This is the story,
I go onto UN because my friend wanted to show me a crappy level that yakuna has made,
I didnt even move, say or do anything and Im dissconnected.,
Im banned.
I talk to yakuna and he said
"That I swore"
When I DIDNT EVEN MOVE,PM OR DO ANYYTHING.
He also said he doesnt need idiots like me on his server, how can I be the idiot I dint go around banning pepole just because they didnt do anything did I yakuna?
Than hes like "Awww your account banne from the forums?"
he has said stuff to people for them to make them ban me,
He threatend to get me banned from the forums and graal,
He is making up lies about me.
I swore like 2 times and im banned?
Thats crap. Yakuna your one hell of an ass./

erm, i didnt "get" anyone to ban you you were banned for constant flaming and swearing on the forums.
and yes, i banned you because i dont need idiots like you coming on the sevrer to cause trouble, all you do is come on and mas out thing slike u.n has crappy levels its so corrupt blah blah including many cusses etc, so i took a line out of moon gods book and cracked down on it, your not the only one to be banned for constant cussing so stop crying.

It does not matter. If it is on UN's forums or These forums, these are completely related to graal, and thus, he can ban you from his server if he has probable cause to.

its not just the forums its on the actual playerworld too. but yeah, forums aswell.

My knowledge is that UN has been in turmoil a lot lately, ever since people are posting illegal images, sub-standard levels and constant owner coup d'etat style takeovers

you don't need idiots comming to your server? maybe you should pay more attention to idiots that are staff on your server, some of my friends who are staff on delteria told me that a GAT from your server came to delteria asking for a GAT tag because he thought that he was a global GAT (I think the guys nick was ÐárI<ƒîrê)

Ok since you have involved me in this by this statement , I will clearify what you took out of context.(you should have come to me first before doing this and using what I have posted for the rules)
This is Graal rules , what is said here is you will be banned from the Forums NOT the server/Game.
This refers to Masses..These rules are refering to both and not to be mixed, if a player "flames " on these boards then he will endanger himself/herself from banning from the Forums NOT the Game.
Now if this same player "harresses Staff on the server" and you keep the history of this , then you may make a case for banning in this respect .You cannot ban for doing something one or two times , this is a long and drawn out process to ban someone for this not like hacking at all...You must prove a pattern of harressment and the intent of the PM's to that end, this is the only way to keep it legal , remember this is all pay now and does not follow the old ways of doing things , the players are consumers and consumers have certain rights otherwise you leave Graal open to lawsuits for denial and loss of service. As for "private forums" like Npulse has and you have , what is done there has no reflection on the Game and CANNOT be used to ban a player on the Game.Graal has no control of these forums for they do not belong to them so therefore its rules do not apply there.The only rules these private forums go by is what you establish on the forum site and have nothing to do with Graal (Legally) If you have any questions feel free to get in touch with me.

yakuna, you did say that you banned that guy because of what he was saying in the forums, go back and read your post, and we never had a rule like that, then you changed it and said he was doing alot on the game, I hope you have proof
