There's nothing un-RPish about a spar house, people in medieval times also had to train their sword fighting they weren't automattically extremely good at swordfighting :/

Spar houses should have different themes.

1. Fencing theme
2. Bamboo theme
3. Karate theme

They should have a training house where you can learn new skills and stuff. Or have like NPC opponents you can fight to get better.

I think there shouldn't be a building, but an area outside, with a tiled area to fight. Ground height would also be made level.
