listen open all the other islands just say there all under construction that way we can sail from island to island and have sailing fun and since everybody has a pesonal ship can w e live on our ship

Open up the islands blank except for the necessary shops..a bakery, maybe, and a place for Kingdom Storage that any member can use to horde their lumber. Give players ways to build stuff. That's all you really need. Dustari Island - Dustari can build walls on it with planks, ditto with the other kingdoms on their own islands. Dustari will plant and harvest and build their city even before they get stoneworking and housebuilding...then when they get the Building Plans, they can start assembling their horded planks into houses...
