And add some NPCs or something. Empty rooms are nice to look at but not to play in.

Empty rooms aren't nice to look at!
They need tons of custom graphics!

Sorry, I'm looking from a scripter's point of view. In my eyes, a room isn't finished until it has some interactive NPCs in it. Graphics are just eye candy.

Ok fixed it up and placed down some good chairs

Dark Lotus should have to buy a playerhouse, and pay rent like the rest of us. But a lot more since it's a guild house.

Except that guild houses are public and meant to enhance the world in general. Playerhouses don't add to anybody but the owner's enjoyment.

I didn't say it did, I just said it was meant to. That's why guildhouses in general shouldn't have to pay rent.

I made a Guild House but its not just a guild house its also a hangout for anyone, and the best thing is that its a no pking zone
