sick of free accounts.
 

they can log on, hack all they want and we can do nothing about it,ban dont work, plus if u have ap set to100 in server options for new players, they just pk, then log back on, get 100 ap, and pk again. very annoying. stefan please fix soon i know it has been addressed but hackers are overrunning the place again.

Yeah...jailing should save, and if there was a local putnpc that'd be cool...nobody else can see it, it's totally clientside...you carry it, you throw it, nobody else sees it, nobody else can touch it.

And maybe free accounts shouldn't get to PK...

its the samething with sparring, i see on classic how these people with trial accounts help there friends out. They have a rating of about 1900 and what they do is let there friend kill them over and over so there friend gains rating but theres drops. then the trial person relogs onto graal and there rating is back to 1900.

just jail the account when it is offline, it should save then.

Then Free Accounts shouldn't be allowed to spar either, they have a temp rating of 0

Yeah there annoying, problem is we cant do IP Bans!

I got a better Idea, in RC, you have:
Punishment >Banning
--------------- >Jailing
So you do it from the RC, and you can set a time for ban/jailing... and it automatically releases the player

as much as i hate to say it, i think free accoutns are a waste of time now, we are almost 100% p2p so why not just make free acounts into proper trial accoutns, where they can log on, and that is ALL they can do. after all it is for testing to see if u can run graal isnt it? and thats all u need to do if so. either way, please fix the problems i mentioned.

Because what about the people that want to play the game, but are not sure if it is what they expect, they want to play it to see how it is before they pay...

You don't have to jail free accounts, just limit the hell out of them. They do everything clientside - when they enter a room with baddies, the serverside baddies ignore them and they fight clientside copies...putcomp is local....putnewcomp is local...their projectiles are local...

You can't edit nothing on them, like their attributes, ban them, save the level thy are in... And Most either have dial up or DSL

why not just disable trial accounts weapons? and make somen that makes it so players with trial account cant die, somen like how a nonpk lvl is setup

But you don't get it do you, We cannot edit the Trial Accounts AT ALL... We can't ban them, change thir attributes... Most we can do is rest them, warp them, and disconnect them.

So Stefan should make it that they only screw things up clientside. They'll be visible ghosts. Playerscount doesn't include them (except in weapons), room scripts seem to ignore them (when in fact they're running a seperate instance of the scripts clientside)...

im not talking about us disabling there weapons, im talking about stefan disabling there weapons, editing how the trial accounts are and making it so they can use weapons. i mean trial accounts are just for looking around servers really, there really no using weapons involved
