Spanky made a booboo
 

The sub kingdom Celtians was getting uploaded today.

Spanky uploaded the levels which were all bugged and not loaded up with NC. Then the outside level was broked so noone could even get in. Not to mention their was no tag helper. So now useless levels are in Antora. Spanky sux.

I had the npcs and everything all ready. I KNOW FOR A FACT they all work and that the warps work.

Kamoo doesn't know alot when it comes to setting up the technical aspects of a kingdom or subkingdom, the controls on 2k1 are unique and you have to know how to set the right npcs up in order for it to work,

the reson I always say this to every person with ftp, is because you can't upload something on the main server thats buged so badly!

The npcs aren't bugged....(except maybe the kingdom controls needs made or so)....Well everything would have went good if people knew how to use FTP...

yes if people knew how to use ftp and nc than more staff would have it.

But it takes time to learn it.

there is an offline npcserver??

I was referring to the fact that I went through the levels offline and there weren't any problems that I could find.

I imagine it would be possible, like a program. If you can run MySQL, PHP, Perl, and all those other goodies on your computer that are server-wide, you can use some little inner-Graal program.

In the next version, perhaps Stefan Knorr should have an NPC server built in that manipulates the user's computer other than the game server.

That would be a great idea, unfortunatly staff pays no attention to players, so it won't get up despite the fact that it would be really useful to scripters.

Symon, alot of the stuff that works offline won't work online, and alot of the stuff online wont work offline,

npc server is scary that way

Some good Graal2001-scripter needs to check levels before they uploaded, that's why no one without that knowledge should get level upload rights.

Only thing he does wrong in them is the waterfalls.
