I'm going to assume you're serious about rating it. I'll give it about a 5/10 its to plain almost 0 real detail. You need to use different sand tiles and the little and big red sand rocks. For the water add waves but dont make the waves and over kill. Thats just for starters :)

Yes, mix the sand, fix the tile errors.

The big shallow water parts need improvment.

I marked areas that need improvement with blue and tile errors with red.
