..That all these PW projects are being started, and none are finished? I know PWs take a while, but there are WAY too many. And a bunch of not-so-good ones out there, The PW team hasn't put up a PW in a LONG time...

Good PWs take time, you can't rush them.

Maybe the PW team hasn't put up a PW in awhile because none were good enough? Would you like to see a million boring horrible PWs up?

For something like an RP world/server, how could you ever expect it to be finished when it's a constantly changing world?

That's a fact too. Graal has been changing a lot lately, it's hard to keep current sometimes.

uh huh, just think how much talent is lost and all the good staff that had all their time and talent wasted, no wonder there's hardly anyone good left.

I agree, it's like Players submitting Houses and constantly asking when they will be up ..... and they are the worse levels you have ever seen....its a good way to ruin a PW by putting up crap...same goes with Graal DON"T PUT UP CRAP! only put up the best to ensure the quailty of the Game...

I agree with you all. People are NOT putting up enough effort. I realize that good PWs take time, but there are many projects started, and few finished. Those that are were just rushed. It's quite silly.

Renegade has a few staff who constantly ask when will we send in and theynever contribute -_- It is getting very annoying even when the owner wants to turn in something that is not finished and will never get put up yet:(

Be stricter. Tell them to contribute or be fired. That's my opinion.

I heard Stefan couldnt put any new pws up till graal2k2 was released >.<

due to the fact that alot of servers that are up now don't even meet the qualifications anymore of the Rules to get a playerworld up, I think that the PW Team now look for something better than what is already up.

How can you expect them to finish, when the averege 'pw owner' is an idiot?

Maybe that is why there needs to be "requirements" to being an PW Owner.. Making Levels is one thing managing a PW is another.... and much more difficult than submitting levels to be reviewed by the PW Admin...

I agree , being on Staff requires work on their part to remain so , no work no job...

its not there job, the owner got smart:rolleyes: and hired a ET admin and a useless staff admin:rolleyes: they constantly ask when will it be done?

Wolf: That's pretty rich coming from the owner of n-pulse. I last tryed out for LAT there, I was late so I didnt get hired... but now I'm LAT Chief on providence. Sure were UC alot of the time but our 5 levels are like 20 of your "levels". It seems your contridicted what you just said. Considering I have seen Osiris player house which is 1 level away from the main part of np and it is the worst thing I have ever seen. Just some advice, dont just lay anything everywhere, which is what I have noticed.

I wonder which job is harder; my job, or being a PW owner...

Heh, yea, time's have been changing in graal. That's the main reason that I have never actually completed any of my PW's. I've started about 5 already. One at a time, and then decideing to remake the whole world because it took so long to complete; that the level's were'nt up to date. Hehe, what a waste of my life =/.

The Lat Chief hires and that is up to him, as for some of the Houses , some were left on from when Geo had it and some were put up by the Lat Chief at the time, true I let them contol the player houses and what to put up without reviewing them, and some of them are not exactly something I would have put up , I am very harsh on houses and prolly would not let 99% of what I have seen go up , that is why I let the Chief do it because I may be too picky on them. I normally don't slam other player worlds on their levels , but as for you are "Lat Chief of Providence" your statement is odd comming from a PW that has been accused of "stolen GFXs and levels"

Levels are a matter of personal taste , what you may consider Good , I may not and vise versa... as long as they are done well and no errors on them .... It boils down to a matter of taste.

LOL anyone in there right mind wouldn't want either of them...:p

How about trying to critisize without saying how much better you are....Everyone makes mistakes. Our EX-LAT Chief put osiris's house up, and it isnt as bad as you say either, I have seen much much worse. Hmm, I think when people do a tryout for a job, it usually has a deadline, and its not like people didnt have plenty of time either. How many playerhouses have you seen put on npulse lately? Very darn few.
Try to remember, people make mistakes, even you, just because something got put on that maybe shouldnt have or whatever, doesnt mean its a terrible playerworld unless they just keep doing it. I hope you do well on Providance

noone realizes how hard your position, or anyones position is until they have been there....if they did, maybe they wouldnt be so quick to critisize

You know no matter what we do its wrong and the players scream at us, they don't like this or that , you change it then its not good enough for some , it seems there is always a small group who doesn't like anything you do. Its depressing at times because it seems your efforts are wasted . projects requested and started and never completed ,so the players scream about that.....But once in awhile you get an email or someone PMs you in the Game and tells you what a great place you have and how much they enjoy playing your PW and for me , this is what keeps me doing it , because of the rocky road we have been up since getting Ownership of Npulse we have very little to be happy about.
