Question. If you use photoshop, and have made a hat, how?

Yes, how? I've tried exporting it loads of different ways. Saved to .gif, to .png, choosing different settings, tried saving directly to gif, without success. Can anyone tell me the settings, and/or way you need to save it to get it to work in graal? :(

ok you open the hat than go to save as, than at the bottom choose .png and it will save it .png :)

No, that's not it. I realised my mistake, you have to save it as an 8-Bit PNG file, through Save for Web. :)
