you can block how you hear, but cant block who hears you...
add somthing like this:

hear them= yes/no

them hear you= yes/no

---

just an idea, so then you could do secret meetings in a guild;)

Or just GUILD ONLY chat, as people would abuse they ehar you but you no hear them.

When I did it, I need reconect later..

I like the idea; also Sparky people can see what you said in Guild Messages for maybe 1-2 seconds.
