Threat?

I have seen various people who I do not know going around with black hoods, disguising their entire body. They seem to hate every kingdom and hold up members of a kingdom up in disclosed areas, getting rupees and other minerals and supplies. Who are these people? Where is their base?

Minerals eh?

You're looking for Karakaze Troupe. You'll find their abandon base that only Sisok ever uses to the right of the overworld gralat crafting building.
