Hi.
I'd like to explain a few things, now that I've gotten them ironed out.
Most of them are regarding my spot as manager of Graal 2001!
The following are the reasons I
was fired.
[list=1][*]Miscommunication between myself (Kamuii), and the other manager, Birdbird.[*]The lies of Arx Ventrosus of my "inactivity".[*]The thoughts of manager Birdbird that he could handle the server himself.[/list=1]
The following are
not reasons I was fired.
[list=1][*]Supposed inactivity.[*]Failure to complete my job as it was assigned.[*]Discontent with the server, Graal 2001.[/list=1]
I'll now do some elaboration for you.
One of Birdbird's primary reasons for firing me was the lack of communication that was present between he and I as managers of Graal 2001. He would be on at night and I during the day, we would not be able to collaborate on things, and were generally out of contact with one another. Due to this, Birdbird decided that he would be better off handling the server himself, without the communication issues, and thus, I was fired.
One Arx Ventrosus, ex-Music/Sound Effects Administrator, would tell Birdbird how I was supposedly "inactive". This would coincide with other nocturnals, due to the fact that I was (and am) rarely on past sundown, as that is when I generally do my life stuff, such as homework. I am, however, on quite a bit during the daylight hours.
Again, Birdbird believed that he could manage the server himself, without my aid. He has since learned from his mistake ( ;) ) and here I am again.
I was
not fired because I was inactive. As said above, Birdbird was under the impression that I was inactive due to Arx Ventrosus and other nocturnal people who made claims that I was never on.
I was
not fired because I did not do my job. I fulfilled my job as manager to the full extent of my abilities, and this was not a reason that I was fired.
I was
absolutely not fired due to any sort of discontent with Graal 2001. I have yet to become discontent and unpleased with the server, and that played no role in my being fired.
As of this post, I have been reinstated to my position as Manager/Co-manager of Graal 2001, along with several conditions placed between myself and Birdbird which are as follows:
[list=1][*]No lack of communication. Altering of schedules so that both he and I will be able to communicate effectively about the server.[*]No hiring or firing of staff until a double agrement is reached between the both of us, unless it is extremely justified.[*]No "firing" of the other due to
anything without consulting the other first.[/list=1]
Essentially, I will remain in my position until Birdbird and I deem that I am no longer suited to the position.
Additionally, no staff may be hired or fired unless they are approved by both Birdbird and myself, unless under extreme circumstances, such as an extremely talented person presenting themselves to work on the server or a staff member abusing their power.
Thirdly, Birdbird and I will be slightly altering our daily schedules so that not only will we be on at the same time but we will also be able to stay in much more frequent contact about Graal 2001, present and future, and keep much more contact than we previously did.
