You get this thread becasue i might quit G2k1 cuz of its managment.
I got blacklisted adn fired from my FAQ job because birdbird did NOT follow the rules.


Heres the history (not a PM history) of what happened:
I walk around with my FAQ tag adn then bird PKs me, i tell the police they do nothing at all, i get mad at bird cuz he is the manager of the server, and even him self cant follow the rules, he say he didnt see my FAQ tag, but he Pked me like... 3-4 times adn all of them was in different places.
I tell him 'Idiot' in a PM and he says why?
i tell him why and then he say stuff like 'If you dont stop talk about this i will remove your tag foor something he said' then i tell him in not afraid of him and if he dare to remove my tag he shall do so, and i told him im not going to suckup for it so he got mad, adn so did i, and i PMed a JOKE to King Arthur saying 'Hack birdbird lol' Then birdbird remove my tag and black lists me.


And the worst part is that bird is the owner (manager) of the server, and yet him self dont follow the rules. Even some newbies does more than him!

Anyways, if Stefan read this, then please get my job back and unblacklist me. Cuz the wrong was made by BirdBird.

So if you agree with me, that it was birds fault and he is a bad manager, pelase put a "-Yournamehere"

I don't agree. I don't think we need a gani team anyway, and although I agree that Bird shouldn't have attacked you, you reacted very badly.

WI agree i gess. ScrewedMain is like a dark cloud of agony so I dont even wanna see it anymore.... I just go there to kill people. and killthem, and then kill them summor. I even waited 30 mins to kill a paused guy becasue im being cool like that :p

Its about my FAQ job. ANd its not that important to me, i can help players still, but its just that, i dont like the way the server is manager, graal 2001 had became a Graal Home to me... and then i dont want to see my home to be wasted... and right now it is

Its not because i lost health
its becasue a good server is getting wasted because its owner attack people, he saiod he didnt see my tag, and he still attacked me in 3 different places!

1. Beside GS sparrign (not inside)
2. In admin house
3. In the beach

I agree with you. Even though I never play 2k1. I hate the administration on there (I USED to play a few weeks ago.. then was disgusted once i found out how it was run)

OH NO! You got killed and didn't lose any money, bombs, or arrows, or anything of minute value. I feel so sorry for you, this is a horrible injustice, we will take this all the way to supreme court if we have to.

So he PKed you and nothing happened. Then you call him an idiot and tell King Arthur to "hack Birdbird" as a "joke?" You were just being incredibly stupid and I can see why Birdbird removed you and blacklisted you. I certainly wouldn't want someone who whines over something as trivial as no-loss death on a position of importance.

Its the point that they do not follow the rules. If someone Pks you while your on tag, you tell the police, they do nothing. The damn police can't even follow the simple rules. Just about every chief we have had so far suck ass. Higher stupid people who think there job is based on their opinion of whats right and wrong. They are supposed to follow the server rules whether they like it or not. Not what THEY THINK should be the right or wrong way.

I agree, same thing goes for Floydian on Classic, except he pks with staff tools.

Oh, gee, I dunno... maybe because he's the manager of the server? Last I checked people who managed servers could do whatever the heck they wanted.

A staff member shouldn't take another staff member PKing them as a hostile gesture. I've never assumed that the "no pking staff" rule applied to other staff, because it's usualy just for fun (since staff can't pk players they turn to each other.) I hate PKing, I hate being PKed, but if Birdbird would have PKed me, I would have just sent him a PM asking him to stop nicely because I don't enjoy it. Why did you feel the need to confront him and accuse him of breaking rules and such? I'm not saying Birdbird was right, but if you would have reacted the way you did and I were in Birdbirds possition I would have gotten upset aswell.

Disputes like this shouldn't be brought out into the open. Reading your post it basicaily sounds like "OMG! BIRDBIRD IS CORRUPT! HE NEEDS TO BE CANNED STEFAN!!!", in reality it's more like "I accused Birdbird of being corrupt, and told someone else to hack him." Did Birdbird even see the hack message? Who cares, but even if he has seen it, how would he know you were joking after you blew up at him?

I think Birdbird has been arround long enogh to prove himself. He's human, humans are imperfect beings. This just sounds like you envy his power from what I've read here (I could be wrong, but this is what you make it sound like.) and I would can you just based on that.

You need to think about your words and actions before you act them. How will the other person respond? How will he react? Text doesn't have toning like our voices do; "I'm gonna hack you!" and "I'm gonna hack you!" are identical in text, but can have completely diffrent meanings when spoken different ways.

My view, this was all a missunderstanding, you probably would have eaisly been able to avoid it all with a bit of 'tact', but the manner in which you reacted pretty much was commiting suicide.

Let's pretend I own, say, Valikorlia. I have the full and total right to do whatever I want on that server, rules exempt. I can ban you if I want, I can jail you if I want. It's not any different on G2K1.

You pay to have a privlidge, not a right. It clearly states that in the Terms and Condidtions on the website. Privlidges can be removed at anytime. The money you spent was to get that privlidge, if you did something to loose it, too bad, your fault. Maybe if you asked NICELY* you could connect again to 2001. But *****ing about staff won't earn you any points.

I honestly don't know you that well and have nothing against you, but I seen the log..The only reason you were fired and blacklisted was because after that one hit you pmed him calling him an idiot (multible times) instead of just talking to him about what he did and then you insisted on telling King Arthur to hack him...Joke or not, telling someone to hack someone else is a pretty serious offense as noone on a game can tell if your joking...Your lucky you weren't banned completely..

2. It was a joke, i told KA it before i got it by birdbird

I think the main point of this person's post, is that a high staff member (manager) broke the rules, and instead of him getting punished, the person who got pked, or victim was instead punished.

Now, sure the person who got pked would get angry, it's human nature. He was most likely more fustrated than angry.

What I don't understand is how openly accepting some players are of this behaviour. What if some staff member Pked you, then banned you for complaining? Banned an account you paid for, because he felt like it?

Then let's see you say "Well I'm banned, one less person on graal, Oh well."

I think you're bending the facts a little. Gastly didn't lose anything, so it's not really a grossly offensive act - especially since the do-not-attack-staff rule is designed for:
1) Letting creative staff (scripters etc) work in peace.
2) Giving FAQs etc some little privilege in that they can't have their money stolen or their deaths increased (which I don't entirely agree with, but that's another story).

Gastly didn't lose anything, so 2) is arguably negated.

I said i dont care if i lose anything or not, if i would i wouldnt give out my 35k i had like that...


i care that bird is the manager and him self breake the rules...

My very point is that the new HP system negates the rules to which you refer.

So what we have here is people who have Staff Powers on their Player Accounts.
They want to be immune on their Staff Account.
They want to PK on their Player Account.
They only have one account.
Options:
1) All admins can damn well cope if they get PKed, insulted, harassed, etc.
2) All admins can keep their immunity provided they never PK or otherwise act like a player
3) We accept that all admins will PK and then jail everyone that attacks them in return.
4) We need seperate accounts for staff. =_=

What's it gonna be? I'd like to know, given that Classic is rapidly sliding towards the same dillema...
