what program do people use to get the car things like sparks and stefan cards bg's like that?

im workin on one with MS PAINT

then how dod you do all that neat stuff, like on you figure, or card

I used MS PAINT for mine it didn't take to long

thats waht I use ....I would make one now but my eye is f*cked up and its al red and crap so i cant do grahpics....I shouldn't be on the computer either but i still am.....

I use Paint Shop Pro. Paint is capable but it doesn't have the features that will help you do it faster. I also have Photoshop but PSP is better if you are going to do your stuff pixel-by-pixel (which you must do if you want it to look good!)

i hate psp! no clue how to use it either! so i use ms-paint.

I have never used PSP awdoiwje maybe I should try a demo or something.

i did my card from scratch in ms paint pixel by pixel on the background.
i have psp6 and photoshop but i never use them :O i only use psp6 for transparency : /
