Ok i've tried every way i can think of CyberX so i hope you read this, you've told me 3 times now that you e-mailed me all the Maloria server files and not once have i got any of them. I made the server and I want it, I told you and everyone else to quit working on it when i left for a while but you continued anyway so it's your own fault. And even if you don't send it to me you won't get anywhere with it cause it won't get put up as a playerworld i've allready seen to that.

Besides it's like I said, everyone was told to quit working on it till I retunred, and he was the only one who didn't listen... so instead he takes it upon himself to go hire his own staff like it's his server and he can do what he wants with it. sorry not gonna happen

p.s. the whole thing is pretty much mine, i designed the base levels and most of the 2 main islands...

Yes, he's far more likely to spot a post in some obscure forum than a message direct to his account. Maybe when I want to send somebody a letter I should, rather than putting it in the mail, go bury it in a forest :rolleyes:

I don't think you people understand. Just because you put work into a playerworld doesn't give you ownership rights. If that were the case Playerworlds everywhere would be taken over. The Playerworld belongs to the Founder(s), until they hand it over to someone else willingly. :rolleyes:

It's kinda like the differance in Land today and in the Dark Ages; In the Dark Ages, whoever payed the Tax on the land became the owner. Today, you can pay the taxes on my land all you want, but I'll still be the owner... You'll just be stupid :D

I think I'm right in saying this arn't I? Crono Illusion? Psyker? If not correct me. It'd be nice to have the actual policies quoted in this thread.

I don't think we're supposed to worry about playerworlds that are offline until they need to be reviewed.

I'm not so sure about that, I haven't read the actual guideline/policy for the administration in a while...

So this means...

So Geo would need to prove that his work was unwillingfully used in anything they submit to be reviewed, either by sending what he has alredy done (If he still has it backed-up.) Or by some other method. The fact that they openly admited stealing work doesn't help them too much. If that were the case and Geo and them submited playerworlds with some of the same content, wouldn't the other one be denyed for illeagle levels?

Thats how I would look at it. All Geo need's is proof.
