is it using showimg or there's a specific code on how to put the images? ehmmm... if using showimg, isn't it would be using lotsa indexes for showimg?

It seems more dependant on number of images then image size though.
(Since it can perfectly well draw an image of 4096 pixels (64 x 64) but it can't draw 4096 pixels properly, though if you have a really high end computer it would still work properly)

I recommend you use < 150 droplets.... after about 150 - 200 it starts lagging. Even if you have an efficient script.

Yes, and I wonder, I mean in these days, where games like CS exist, why showing 150-200 images on a board of a simple game lag so badly...

Yeah, 50 should do, it all depends on the effects you want to produce.
