I like graal game and I wish to keep playing it but if I give you money I want what I pay for. On 3/29/2002 I purchased 1 years time for the acct -SLaG- after doing so I continued to load graal and the acct -SLaG- apparently it wasnt p2p yet and said acct in trial phase. I thought maybe a mistake on my part had occured so I continued back to the site and just to be safe not to spend so much of my money I purchased 3 months time for the acct
-SLaG- Still when I loaded this acct Trial Phase. I then proceded to check my email in which I had 2 PayPal confirmations stating that you had recieved payment for both my original 1 year purchase and my 3 month purchase. I became confused. At first I wasnt upset I thought maybe itll take a day or two and didnt mind so much because I was going on vacation. 4/05/2002 I returned from vacation and checked my email. I had a letter from paypal stating that 19$ was refunded that would be the 3 month purchase. I then though oh ok maybe you realized my mistake and refunded me 3 months and put 1 full year on the acct -SLaG- which I have payed for. I proceed to load graal once again using the acct -SLaG- when I do so it shows that I have 83 days left that means that I've I payed for 1 year and have only recieved 3 months time on the acct -SLaG-. So now I have payed you 39$ and have recieved a product worth 19$ I hope this explains my perdicament and will help you correct my problem a.s.a.p

Bwahahahaha, small German company slowly emptying out your wallet. Maybe try forum pming him or e-mailing Unixmad...well obsessivly e-mailing Unixmad, the server keeps logs of orders, so you could get it fixed.

Ok I have checked it,
it says the 12 months upgrade is still pending (not payed) and the 3 month upgrade is payed

wtf pending? I got a confirmation that you recieved it it was a debit card.

o maybe used me master card but whatever I got alot more than 39$ in that acct. shouldnt be pending can you cancel that and Ill reup it with a card?

Arg It was december don't you have a bill of it or so?

Im pretty sure it was a debit card It would just directly take it out of my acct.

hmm... call your Credit Card company, and tell them to see if someting was happening =/

why go thru all that I've upgraded 1 of my other accts recently and it worked if stefan deleted the pendng payment Ill just redo it

I upgraded for a year and I got charged $70 american =\ I emailed unix to cancel my p2p and refund the money until this is sorted out but it hasn't yet.

Yeah, it sure sounds like your credit card company just hasn't paid it to PayPal yet. I hate when that happens. When I got my first paycheck, I had the bank write out a money order from some mail order junk...a full year later I close that account, and the next month they say I'm overdrawn. Yeah. They found the check a couple days after I closed the account, and lo, they couldn't draw on it anymore. Kept charging me overdraw fees. It was ugly. Wells Fargo sucks.
