Graphic Converter

Can I get a graphic converter that would convert stuff into and out of .mng preferabled from gif if anyone has one.. please

Well i dont know of a converter but i use Animation Shop 3 to save animated things as gifs and .mngs, You have to buy Animation Shop 3 though unless you buy it with PSP7 (it comes with it for free)

There has to be a converter out there somewhere other than a $70 program I have to buy
